The Bank of Commerce website does not collect personal identifying information about site users except when specifically and knowingly provided by such users. Once you have provided personal identifying information, it will only be used for purposes of managing the Bank of Commerce website, or for such other purposes as described at the point of data collection.
We use the information collected to protect and process your records, comply with certain federal and state laws and banking regulations.

We do not disclose personal or financial information to third parties unless: (A) you authorize or ask us to do so; (B) the information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or other similar agency used to report credit or account status; or (C) it is required by law or regulations.
Bank of Commerce might from time to time hire or utilize an outside vendor to assist us with support or development of certain banking products or services. When this happens, and it is necessary to provide personal information, those vendors agree to safeguard our confidential information about you and your particular banking relationship.
